Holy Yoga Testimonial:

I had been stand-offish about yoga all my life because of the Eastern/New Age influence, but because of my back problems, yoga was recommended for strength-building. I was not prepared for how much of a blessing this Holy Yoga class would be to me! Our instructors always focus on God’s Word and on how our bodies are created in His image, therefore everything we do, exercise included, is to bring glory to Him. The whole class time is about focusing on God’s presence in our lives and returning our hearts to Him. The teachers help everyone have a beneficial class experience, for those who are just beginning like me, or for those who are much more limber and advanced in their abilities. I noticed improvements in my posture and core strength in just a few weeks, and now, I look forward to each week’s class for spiritual blessing as much as the exercise opportunity.
